Shuangfeng Xiangdong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our") establishes this Shipping Policy to clarify delivery standards for all orders placed with us. We're committed to reliable, transparent, and efficient shipping for customers across regions.
Shipping Destinations
We provide international shipping services to customers worldwide, subject to destination regulations, carrier availability, and export requirements. We currently do not ship to:
- PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Countries or regions under international trade sanctions
Remote areas requiring specialized logistics (island destinations, rural communities, or areas with limited carrier access) may incur additional fees based on carrier rates — these are always shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Shipping Options & Timelines
Cost
Shipping costs depend on the method selected, package weight and dimensions, and destination, and are always confirmed before order processing before purchase. Any free-shipping promotions are clearly indicated there too.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 20–30 working days after order confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, and peak seasons may add 2–3 extra working days due to shipment volume.
Tracking
Real-time tracking is provided via a direct carrier link included in your shipping confirmation email.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed at our manufacturing facility during regular business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delayed or Damaged Shipments
We aim for every order to arrive on time and in perfect condition. If your order has exceeded the stated delivery window, or arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date.
To help us resolve things quickly, please include:
- Your complete order number and tracking ID.
- Clear photos of any damaged items and the external packaging.
Once we've received and verified these details, we'll promptly arrange replacement parts, repair assistance, or other appropriate solutions.
